Fixes and changes to wait for Willoh

New features :

• logo
• mercy death when absolutely no card is or can get in play

Balancing:

• trying out the Nest generating a limited amount of hatchlings
• -1 shell to vengefly king
• zote is worse somehow

Opponents:

• elderbug has one less Goam, one more baldur, a mosscreep, and no elder baldur
• elderbug actually attempts to shield his false knight's maggot a bit
• elderbug gets less careful with soul at lower health

Fixes :

• deck editor can duplicate your hand to illegal numbers
• rematching online does not close end screen for opponent
• chance that one player's deck does not load on the other end when starting an online game
• crash when using the nail on hatchlings in the same lane in quick succession
• online wins randomly softlocking on both end
• ability to spam all your hand in a lane right after placing
• ability  to place your opponent's cards for them
• error when canceling the placement of a nest
• the shaman desyncing
• the nest desyncing when placing too fast
